These are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the\u00a0<strong>Finance, Audit and Compliance Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the\u00a0<strong>Services and Business Development Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the\u00a0<strong>Fundraising and Communications Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0the<strong> People and Remuneration Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Council of Trustees may also establish ad hoc Committees for detailed reviews or consideration of particular theme to be proposed for the approval of the Board.7<\/p>\n<h2>Depaul&#8217;s Housing Services<\/h2>\n<p>Depaul Housing Services has adopted the Depaul Group\u2019s Vision, that everyone should have a place to call home and a stake in their community. Information relating to DHS objectives, residents rights and complaints procedures <a href=\"https:\/\/www.depaul.org.uk\/depaul-housing-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>AUDITORS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Depaul UK\u2019s independent auditors are appointed by the Council of Trustees on an annual basis. The appointment of auditors is based upon an evaluation of the qualifications and independence of the auditor to be proposed for election or re-election and on an annual basis.
