There are so many fantastic ways to get your community group involved<\/h5>\n

 <\/p>\n

Collections:<\/strong> Organise a special collection to show your support for our vital work. Invite your community members to give generously, knowing that every penny raised is a step towards transforming a young person\u2019s life.<\/p>\n

Events:<\/strong> Host a charity event\u2014whether it\u2019s a bake sale, a Weighted Walk<\/a>, or a prayer vigil. Get your local community involved and inspire others to join you. Acts of kindness like this are a great opportunity for your and your community to show how much you care.<\/p>\n

Engagement:\u00a0<\/strong>Involve everyone in your community in the fundraising effort. Spread the word on social media and contact your local newspaper. This is great way of getting more people involved in your fundraising event.<\/p>\n

Giving:<\/strong> Use religious festivals such as Lent, Ramadan, and other spiritual occasions to encourage charitable giving. During Lent, for example, you could ask your community to give up a daily or weekly luxury like a trip to the coffee shop, and donate what they save instead – turning a personal act of faith into a powerful force for good.<\/p>\n
